22/03/2024: Comida muito saborosa, atendimento impecável, sempre cuidando para que tivéssemos tudo. Era verdade que era baixa temporada, mas a equipe foi simpática e a comida deliciosa. Certamente recomendável (arroz com polvo), um sabor a mar que se aprecia até ao último grão.

28/03/2024: Excelente descoberta neste encantador bar de praia em localização ideal perto do Martinhal Resort e da praia. Comemos a omelete de queijo muito boa (que vem com batatas fritas (não batatas fritas!) E salada, a salada de mussarela, tomate e manjericão e os deliciosos camarões fritos com alho. O vinho rosé do Douro também foi adorável. O serviço foi muito bom e a espera educada Funcionários. O pagamento com cartão não estava funcionando quando visitamos, então pode valer a pena levar algum dinheiro para garantir. Definitivamente recomendo?

16/10/2024: We arrived in Vila do Bispo on a Sunday and many places are closed but this place was open so we went in for dinner. They have a good menu selection and the food is really good. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and the portions were very good. We went back the next night and again enjoyed a great meal. I had mussels one evening and clams the next and the flavours of both were divine. Seafood in Portugal is amazing. This is a busy place but has great service and very friendly service too.
06/10/2024: Nice food and good service here. They only accept payment in cash which is perhaps why the restaurant wasn't busy while others were. Convenient central location.

29/09/2024: Belle vue. Bon service aimable et assez rapide. Plats copieux et de bonne qualité. Seul problème : on doit payer en espèces et cela n’est pas annoncé en arrivant.
14/09/2024: Wir waren hier auf einen kleinen Mittagssnack und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Meine Frau hatte gefüllte Teigtaschen mit Scampi-Creme, ich eine Vorspeisen Portion frittierte Calamari, Beides war lecker … ja, wahrscheinlich gekauftes Convinience Food … aber gut und frisch zubereitet. Dazu eine prima Sangria und eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Alles in Ordnung!

12/08/2024: Busy little spot, unsurprisingly as it’s the only place local to Praia de Ingrina. Initially we were going to order toasties, but saw another table’s order and felt compelled to copy as it looked delicious. We had grilled chicken and fish, with fries and salad. Meat and fish was very fresh and tasty, straight off the grill, and good value. No children’s menu would be my only criticism.

23/09/2024: In der ersten Reihe hatten wir den Tisch mit Atlantikblick. Den 4-er Tisch hatten wir vorreserviert. Der Standort vom Restaurant ist genial. Die Getränke wurden sofort aufgenommen. Der Service kommt, wann er möchte. Er möchte nicht auf port. gerufen werden. OK, kein Abbruch für uns. Wir machten einfach weiter. Oliven mit Brot waren OK. Robalo und Lachs sehr gut gegrillt mit engl. Gemüse. Der Hauswein auch OK. Die Desserts sehr lecker. Tarte de Macă und Mouse de Chocolate ganz ausgezeichnet. Für die Lage mit den Getränken und Speisen gibt es die volle Punktzahl. Wenn wir mal Stammgäste werden, wird man uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Gabriela und Freunde kommen wieder. Das ist sicher.

30/09/2024: 60€ for a fish stew for three. There were 3 prawns,the fish was tasteless and there was barely sufficient for 2, let alone 3.

Muito acolhedor e rápido atendimento, voltaremos sem duvida!

31/08/2024: Local com excelente vista e óptimos petiscos e pratos. Refeição leve para voltar para a praia a escolha recaiu sobre uma omelete de camarão e lingueirão á bolhão pato. Tudo muito bom. Atendimento simpático e rápido. Preços inflacionados como em qualquer restaurante de praia.
30/08/2024: Vista perfeita, ambiente óptimo, atendimento super simpático e atencioso...e uns petiscos de voltar por mais!
Fizemos 150kms só para lá ir aos Percebes e às entradas de Cenoura à Casa.

11/10/2024: Il servizio è un po' lento. Il cibo abbastanza buono. E i prezzi abbastanza alti. I servizi igienici puliti. Ma mangiare sul balcone sulla spiaggia meritava qualsiasi prezzo.
14/09/2024: Very poor service. Lovely location with super views. Loads of staff flapping around and yet doing nothing. Only boss lady taking orders.
Took 30 minutes before she acknowledged us. Rude. Badly managed.
We left.

14/10/2024: A beachfront restaurant and bar. Not much atmosphere if you were looking for anything special. We thought the food was good, service was average at best. We ended up there because we could get in without a reservation.
01/10/2024: Lunch bij dit restaurant. Zo mooi als Salema is, zo stelt dit restaurant teleur.
We namen zeebaars ( op het menu 60,-, op de rekening 65,- ).
Dit vergezeld met een witte Passagem van 32,50.
Je verwacht als obers constant langs je tafel lopen uiteindelijk een keer vragen of het smaakt. Of, de wijn bijschenken.
Nee, ze waren meer druk met over de reling van het terras kijken wat er op het strand ligt.
Na het zien van de dame achter de kassen was alles duidelijk. Jammer.

A praia, aliás. é super legal, a vista é maravilhosa e se você gosta de windsurf ou vela é um ótimo local para águas calmas!

05/09/2024: My family and I visited Matius in Burgau last night. We turned up at approximately 7.45pm without booking and the restaurant was already packed, but after about 10 minutes a table became free.
A selection of olives, bread, butter, tomatoes slices topped with tuna and spicy sausages (covert) was brought to our table by the server. We hadn’t ordered these and there was a charge of €2.80 per person. If you don’t want these, make sure you say so at the start of your meal.
We had one starter which was a baked crab dish, which was absolutely delicious. For mains we had; tuna, swordfish and sea bass. All fish dishes were served with new potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables and were absolutely delicious and well cooked. We had one desert which was a lemon meringue, again it was fantastic.
We would advise pre booking in the busy season.

18/10/2024: This restaurant is excellent for fish and is on our ‘ must visit’ list every year. A sign if its quality and popularity is that local Portuguese frequent it.
It is fairly informal, if not basic, but if fish is your thing, make sure to visit. They do serve non-fish dishes.
This year, we had been looking forward to having Turbot but in both occasions we visited, it had been sold out during the lunchtime sitting. Next year, when we book, we’ll ask them to keep a Turbot for us!!
13/10/2024: Se avessi valutato il locale solo dall' esterno, probabilmente avrei avuto qualche dubbio, ma per fortuna un libro non si giudica dalla copertina.
Abbiamo preso 4 portate di pesce e devo dire che tutti siamo rimasti colpiti dalla freschezza del pesce e dal modo in cui è stato cucinato.
Complimenti, veramente ottima cucina.
