14/08/2023: 2 cervejas e 1 prato pequeno de comida 30 euros, é um grande não, tenha cuidado ao ir lá, pergunte primeiro o preço, fique seguro e não tenha surpresas ruins.

26/09/2024: Myself, my husband & my aunty and uncle popped in to O Jamie’s last night for our evening meal whilst on holiday, we’d seen the place a few days prior to our visit and were wanting to try it. We arrived and asked to see the tourist menu as it was listed outside but not given to us with the rest of the menus, upon doing this the waiter made us feel uncomfortable by shrugging his shoulders to another waiter. Our food came and was excellent, couldn’t fault the food at all, however before we’d finished eating my aunties plate was taken away whilst she was still nibbling her bread roll. As mentioned the food was a different class but the staff are very rude & made us feel very unwelcome, we won’t be returning.

25/09/2024: Frequently visit Monte Gordo and having not visited O Jaime very often we did tonight.We arrived there as they opened and were greeted by a surly member of staff.He asked if we were English then gave us our menus.The tourist menu is advertised outside but not presented to you unless you ask for it.We did and from then on we were treated like second class citizens.The waiter shrugged his shoulders at his colleague as if to say we were cheapskates and then continued to treat us with complete disdain.The food was actually very nice but plates were whipped away so quickly it was embarrassing.My partner was finishing her soup starter and was still eating her bread roll when her bowl was taken away.We were all so uncomfortable we left before our dessert course.The whole experience was unnerving and we will certainly not be returning.

12/09/2024: Great spot, great staff and great food. 10* fresh fish and very homely. Homemade desserts, absolutely fantastic experience.

01/09/2024: Delicious food, decent service, but way too expensive considering the other options in the city. You can get good fresh fish in many other places for cheaper in Sagres.

24/10/2024: Good rating. Great location. Geared up for mass catering at a top end price. Zero atmosphere. Food very mediocre. Enough said. Amazing alternatives at the same price!

01/09/2024: Une superbe expérience culinaire ! Les plats étaient savoureux et authentiques, en particulier la “bacalhau à bras” qui était parfaitement préparée. L’accueil était chaleureux, et l’ambiance du restaurant nous a fait voyager au Portugal. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de cuisine portugaise. Hâte d’y retourner !

02/10/2024: This is one of my favourite restaurants for a special occasion. The food is excellent and the service is first class. They are very helpful if you want a wine recommendation and they don’t try and sell the most expensive. I have been there with my family on lots of occasions since moving to Lagos and it never fails to please everyone.

28/09/2024: Sind nicht bedient worden, weil wir Hund im Gastgarten dabei hatten. Hatten das Lokal ausgesucht, weil im Gastgarten genügend Platz und wir mit unserem Kind Mittagessen wollten. Der Kellner war sehr unfreundlich und schimpfte auch noch im Lokal über Touristen, was man bis vor die Tür hörte, bevor er diese überhaupt bedient hatte. Leider nein, schade. War die einzige schlechte Erfahrung in Lagos.

30/08/2024: Ristorante con una splendida terrazza che si affaccia sulla spiaggia. Molto informale. Cibo davvero ottimo, sia di pesce che di carne. Rapporto q/p OK! Servizio attento. Assolutamente consigliato

27/08/2024: Buenos días, pueblo muy bonito de ver, restaurante bien ubicado, cerca de la playa. Restaurante pequeño, calidad de la comida buena, servicio muy lento, tardaron en traer la comida más de 1 hora. Camareros y camareras atentos y serviciales. Un saludo

23/09/2024: A quire large restaurant on the front. Has outside seating, indoor seating and an upstairs terrace which does have a beautiful view. It has a good choice menu. The food was average.Presentation very good.The staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. I felt the restaurant lacked atmosphere.

22/09/2024: Lovely meal with friends. Food is generally very good. However, my wife's fillet steak was not the best. The rest of our meals were good. Staff were excellent.

17/10/2024: Un super restaurante, la cuisine est bonne "surtout les fruits de mère" et le service excellent! J'espère y retourner.

10/09/2024: Cliente há vários anos sempre que vou até ao Algarve. Funcionários e gerência super atenciosos e simpáticos. No Verão nem sempre é fácil arranjar mesa mas vale a pena a insistência. A comida é maravilhosa, marisco e peixe fresco, com muita qualidade e muito bem confecionados. Os camarões da costa, a sapateira, o arroz de lavagante, massada de peixe, arroz de tamboril, peixe grelhado, é tudo delicioso, até as torradas. Parabéns pela cozinha e pelo atendimento!

29/10/2024: Today I was not charged the correct amount on my lunch I requested to Pay in euros & realized in USD When I brought to attention of server he insisted I was charged in euros I was not Therefore meal was more expensive He did not want to be bothered & others were waiting so imo ed on Also the bread was stale and cost 1.30 & they charge 1.20 each for a small butter I would not recommend visiting this restaurant A tip off

19/08/2024: Davvero, non entro nei particolari, perché sarebbe lungo farlo, ma evitate . Noi ci siamo andati dietro consiglio casuale di un autista di pullman di Milano. Lasciate perdere qualunque altro locale è meglio.

18/10/2024: Six of us spent the evening enjoying wonderful variety of seafood last evening at O Barco. Our experience began during the day—I was looking for a restaraunt with a Portuguese menu and fresh seafood. After reviewing many menus (many tourist-type menus) we decided to spend our last meal in Carvoeiro at this establishment and we were not disappointed. Our starters included fresh oysters, clams, mussels and grilled sardines. Our mains were sea bass and bream, accompanied with a local rose, followed by a local red wine. We all shared the orange almond cake and chocolate with caramel cake and tawny port. The entire meal was very simple and delicious! The staff there was very kind and helpful. Thank you O Barco for making our last evening here a wonderful experience!

17/10/2024: Absolument Délicieux. Vue mer, personnel très gentil et attentionné, poisson frais délicieux et cuit comme il faut. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je conseille fortement Nous y sommes allés 2 fois durant nos 6 jours de vacances
