04/10/2024: No one was here, but we arrived at 5:30pm😉 We were received warmly, had a beautiful table for 2, ordered the fresh bread and garlic dip, amazing!!!! We ordered our entree/ seared tuna, prepared to perfection with a wonderful salad. Service was superb as was our meal. After dining, of course the place was filling up. We felt special being there early, however I imagine any time you arrive you will be well received! Great dinner, I would highly recommend this place:)

14/09/2024: We went on the advice of friends and were not disappointed. There is no menu here - just all you can eat grilled fresh fish, accompanied by bread, salad and a kind of bread based puree which we initially thought was aubergine but was lovely either way. A plate of mixed fish arrives and when you have eaten another comes and so on until you decide you have had enough ! Simple but very nice and very fresh food. Desserts were also fine. We would return without a doubt.

13/10/2024: Stopped for cocktails one afternoon and decided to head into the restaurant after. I ordered salmon and my husband had the sea bass. Service was very good and the waitress was very friendly. Food was well presented and absolutely delicious. Will visit again on our next Portugal trip.

19/10/2024: What an amazing place to eat. Went twice on our 5 day stay in Albufeira. The food was amazing and traditional Portuguese. The cod fish cakes were tasty, the seafood platter amazing with the prawns being the star of the show and the francesinha was off the hook amazing. The owner Ines is so nice and takes the time to talk with everyone and has so much passion for the food. The server Luan also takes the time to chat and gives a great service. Will is also very friendly and its nice to see a couple of youngsters work hard and take the time to chat. The overall enjoyment and pride of everyone here makes it a must visit in Albufeira.

09/10/2024: The freshest seafood you could find! Very friendly staff and service. Family owned and operated but all work as a great enthusiastic team . Reasonably priced and great taste.Simple , healthy and fresh. When in the region a must .

07/10/2024: Excellent restaurant au port. Venir assez tôt car beaucoup de monde et poisson de la pêche du jour . Malgres la langue accueil sympathique.

24/09/2024: We visited this restaurant on two occasions last week. The food was excellent on both occasions as was the service by the friendly and helpful staff. Steaks were perfectly cooked to order. I would strongly recommend this restaurant but it gets very busy so booking the table ahead is advisable

23/09/2024: First night in Vilamoura. Started with a great meal. Excellent menu, great quality food, suggest you book in Advance. Staff very attentive. Not cheap, but quality never is.

15/10/2024: My wife and I arrived hungry from our long travel and went to this restaurant because it was downstairs from our apartment. Much to our surprise we thoroughly enjoyed our tasty fish sandwiches.

29/09/2024: This place is like a cherry on the cake, the cake being Fuzeta itself..it was my second visit in there, and Casa Corvo was even better than I remembered. The dressings for seafood bring the mere enjoyment of eating fresh food to another level. The stuff is very attentive yet absolutely not disturbing. Rare find indeed!

21/10/2024: Very average had heard good reports but was disappointed Dry chips tasted like cardboard thin steak Maybe it was just not a good night for the chef but would not go back Staff friendly

17/10/2024: What a friendly restaurant this is and a very pleasing and relaxing place to enjoy a great meal. We had traditional prawn cocktail starters, followed by two varieties of steak on offer. All the dishes looked good, tasted superb and were very filling. No room for sweet sadly. The service was great, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. All in all this was a very enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant was full both inside and out. We were there when the restauarant opened and managed to bag the last available table later on at 19.30. Unless you want to eat early I think that booking is recommended. Sadly this was our last evening meal of our holiday but we will definitely be back to Jota Lita on out next trip. Very definitely one not to miss. Highly recommended.

17/10/2024: Bords do Cais liegt am Hafen, man sitzt schön am Hafen und kann seinen Fisch an der Theke aussuchen. Sicher bekommt man das Essen in. Portugal auch günstiger, aber die Lage ist schön. Die Kellner sind freundlich und alles stimmt.

13/10/2024: Ist absolut sein Geld wert. Sehr leckeres Essen und schöne Weine bei sehr freundlichem Service. Eine absolut Empfehlung.

07/09/2024: By far the best food I’ve tasted in Portugal so far. And also the most interesting and slightly nerve wracking way to secure a table. Firstly the restaurant takes no reservations and you can only pay in cash. The trick is to get to there at about 5.15pm and join the queue. You may get lucky and be seated straight away once their doors are open or you might have to come back later. Unfortunately we got there just before its opening time of 5.30 and the queue was already around the corner. Just as we got to the front, the last table was taken by the couple ahead of us. We were told to come back at 7.45 and had our name written into an exercise book. We turned up again at around 7.30 and eventually got seated at 8.00pm. Many people got turned away at that time as there was no hope of them getting a table. The wait was well worth it and the ‘must try’ dish is the prawns for two. Simply delicious. I’m so glad we persevered and waited for a table. I will never forget this meal.

27/08/2024: Abbiamo atteso circa un ora , fiduciosi e motivati dalle recensioni ottime... Esperienza pessima!! Nn vale l attesa! Una zuppa intrisa di Cipolle maleodoranti e panna !! TERRIBILE!! sconsigliato!!! In portogallo abbiamo sempre cenato bene ...tranne qui!!

06/10/2024: Wir waren insgesamt an drei Tagen dort essen. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, dass den Gast eine echte Gastfreundschaft spüren lässt. Eine gute bzw. große Auswahl an wohlschmeckenden lokalen Gerichten. Für portugiesische Verhältnisse nicht günstig, aber das Essen und der Service ist es wert!

05/10/2024: Sehr leckeres Essen und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren 2 mal hier essen, da es so gut war. Am ersten Abend hatten wir Thunfisch Tataki und einen Fischspieß und am zweiten Abend Muscheln und Gemüsecurry. Alles sehr zu empfehlen und wir überlegen heute noch einmal dort zu essen.

05/11/2024: Excelente comida, sencilla y bien cocinada. Seleccionamos una dorada (que luego se cocinó sobre carbón vegetal) con patatas fritas y ensalada, seguido de un postre ligero de claras de huevo, azúcar, almendras y caramelo, una copa de vino y expreso cada uno por unos 45 €. El pescado era tan bueno. El personal era amable y servicial.

30/10/2024: Restaurant sans fioritures avec des tarifs très bas. Originalité de choisir ses poissons et fruit de mer, pesé et préparé très rapidement. Accueil très bien. Passez un bon moment.
