12/08/2023: Só tem uma pessoa a servir as mesas nada simpática e quando á mais clientes não tem tempo para fazer tudo leva muito tempo para servir as subre mesas e não é nada simpática

26/08/2023: Não se admite pedir um cachorro de custo 4,50€ com sabor intenso a cominhos, cheio de oleoo, pequenos ( tamanho de gustativa ), não recomendo os cachorros. Recomendo uma avaliação a nível de comida deste restaurante

07/09/2024: Nice, cozy pub with lovely staff and great prices. Outdoor and inside seating are nice. The strawberry mojito was the best I’ve ever had!

27/08/2024: Al his family and staff provide not only a great atmosphere but also the best pint of San Miguel in Vilamora… check out the Wine Shop for tasting and a fantastic selection of great wines

04/09/2024: Signage throughout building boldly instructs ‘staff only’ access through one door and other door clearly states no counter service- service from table. In theory this is perfect, especially in a holiday resort where customers come to relax! In practise there is one crucial problem in their system- NOBODY comes to the table. Sat in clear view for 15 mins with only two other parties there, and the three members of staff all failed to serve us. Service has always been poor here but this is the worst we had encountered. The inflated prices would be irrelevant if any of the service they designed came to fruition. Sadly it’s top prices, for dreadful experience. Such a shame, really lets down the owners other venues that are consistently customer focused leaving you satisfied and happy with the experience. Bizarre this outlet slips through the net of such a well oiled machine.

07/08/2024: 4 adults 16,7,4 year old. Had to order ice cream seperate- ok. Cart d'or. Simple enough. At table ordered 3 cocktails (only a choice of 3), and a baileys coffee. Stagg questioned me twice ln the coffee saying it was hot. It was 10.30pm and I was happy with my choice. Had to ask for the drinks as it took an age. Then one drink short. Promised they had not forgotten about us but had to go and ask for it 10mins later. Also ordered a coke. A while layer the staff member advised she had again forgotten about us and shut the tills down meaning we no longer had the option of paying by card, cash only. Massive inconvenience as was €51. (For 3 cocktails, baileys coffee and coke)

05/07/2024: This is our every day stop in the afternoon…. Coffee brilliant… cakes brilliant…. Prices awesome that and it’s only minutes from our hotel Can’t beat it

17/06/2024: Mal atendido por uma empregada com muita falta de educaçao e sem estar atras de um balcao. pessoas sem escrupulos. mas e o que temos por aqui. O atendimento ja nao e bom, messas por levantar, paga o serviço que esta incluido no preço e temos qua andar com as bandejas para tras e para a frente. Nao percebo estes locais que ja se paga caro e sem serviço a mesa.

29/09/2024: We’ve tried many times to visit this restaurant over a number of years, but the wait was so well with it! We booked in advance before our holiday in order to get a well sought after booking - a good tip for any wanting to dine here as it’s always in demand! A stunning setting under the most beautiful ancient fig tree. Very intimate, very individual, superb service and ticks every box from the warm greeting you arrive! An amuse bouche to get the palate dancing of a grapefruit sorbet and small pieces of lively fruit! Then a mouthwatering selection of the thinnest pastry goats cheese tartlets I’ve ever tasted, my Daughter opted for the garlic prawns - we couldn’t resist tasting each others!! She then chose the steak which was pronounced as the best she’d had in years, if not “the best”, I had the turbot and opted for a side dish of tomato and onion salad - I have never tasted tomatoes like them, unbelievable! The restaurant has its own farm and the produce comes direct so everything is of the highest quality and so outstanding in its freshness and flavour! Replete we looked with envy at the selection of desserts that were coming to other diners, but next time!!! Thank you for a truly wonderful evening and food to remember! Hopefully we’ll be able to book again, as this restaurant was one to remain in our annuls of memorable and exceptional dining experiences! Thank you

15/09/2024: Abrupt greeting albeit we were on time.It was 45 minutes before our order was taken. Request for lemon was ignored. Waiter service slow. Owner is the sole order taker who spends a considerable time socialising with friends. We've frequented this restaurant for over 25 years and sadly it's just not what it used to be. Turbot was served with a minuscule garnish without any vegetables. So much for having their own farm. Quality of food and presentation is up to standard but the efficiency of service has declined.
