17/09/2024: had dinner here with fiancee i ordered croquettes then cod fillet, both nice dishes. my fiancee had the belly pork, she wasnt too keen on it as bit dry. also was served with salad (good) but also with home made crisps which we werent keen on. should be new pots or something

04/09/2024: On a quiet street, set back from the Marina, Restaurante Azeitona is a favourite hangout for locals and visitors who know their wines and like their food. The warmest ‘Bem-vindo’ from owners Sergio and Andrea awaits in a delightful oasis of Portuguese food, art and music. We spend 3 months per year in Vilamoura and know all the best restaurants - we eat in Azeitona at least once per week. We love the marinated olives and tasty appetisers such as anchovies and quails eggs. We enjoy whole fresh fish (seabass, John Dory etc) with salad and potatoes. The Azeitona octopus is the best in the Algarve! There’s an amazing selection of wines by the bottle and glass, served In possibly the most elegant wine glass I’ve ever been offered in a restaurant. We could not recommend Azeitona more highly!
