Tasca Mor has a rustic appearance from the outside Whole it might have a more limited menu than other nearby restaurants, the food was cooked to perfection, with the simplicity allowing the flavours come through. We will visit again.

Hands down the best meal we had in Alvor! So fresh and authentically Portuguese. Simple and delicious. Our most affordable meal also. Book to avoid disappointment as fills up fast! I had king prawns which were cooked to perfection! Husband had swordfish which was beautiful. Traditional Portuguese food at its finest!

21/07/2024: Super restaurant avec vu sur la mer la nourriture y est excellente et copieuse et le personnel très accueillant nous y retournerons c est sûr!
22/06/2024: nous avons découvert ce restaurant en arrivant à Alvor, après notre route. en bord de plage! tout était très bien. Le service rapide, le personnel aimable les plats copieux, très bons et présentés avec goût. les serveurs faisant de leur mieux pour nous expliquer les plats je recommande!

15/10/2024: Lovely, clean, friendly with such a great fresh menu of seafood and meats!! Lovely choice of wines too. Nice view and great value for money, definitely worth a visit if you’re in Alvor!! We will visit again.
25/09/2024: I booked this restaurant for family to visit as we have watched it recently being rebuilt and impressed with how it looks. It has a fabulous outlook onto the water also. The report back from my daughter was that the food was lovely however service not so good -this culminated in an issue when asking to pay by card and they were told a few times that they could not pay in euros and had to accept the pounds exchange rate. When they tried to overrule this and press euros the waiter constantly told them this could not happen and eventually they had to pay in pounds. This was a disappointing end to the night. I was looking forward to also coming back to this restaurant but definitely will not be doing so now
