Tasca das 3 Marias em Sesimbra

We tried this spot after seeing their A-board on the sea-front, it's up a side street. We like to find the little family run places though and this was just right. It's only a small menu which is great. They didn't have the menu in English either but I could understand some of it and the young host/waiter spoke excellent English. He was most helpful. We had the best evening. We started with a small bowl of garlic/spicy shrimps and some bread. We then had the house special choco frito (cuttlefish fried). It came on a big platter with chips, salad, prawns and some mussels and clams. We struggled to eat it all! We had a bottle of Alantejo red which was so smooth and very enjoyable. Payment was cash only. at €53.50. Go and try this place.

Très bon produits de qualité. Nous avons suivi les conseils de la serveuse pour le plat en cocote de pâtes et poisson. Très bon choix à 24€ pour deux, un peu élevé, mais nous sommes à Sesimbra ville touristique. C'est encore plus cher en front de mer ! Le restaurant est situé dans la ville. Les boissons, desserts et accompagnements ne sont pas chers. La mousse au chocolat est un régal. La vue sur la terrasse n'est pas top car des travaux dans l'immeuble. Nous étions à l'intérieur.
