We had been very disappointed at menus at other restaurants in Sagres being very limited with local delicacies and open on a Monday night in October, and were giving up to go back to our hotel when we chanced on this authentic gem. The seafood rice, Arroz de Marisco, was spectacularly delicious, perfectly cooked great value for money, and very memorable (for two food loving sisters). One lady was cooking and serving and managing the whole place and doing a great job - highly recommend!

Typische Kneipe der Einheimischen. Wir hatten das Mittagsmenü (Lula-Bohnen-Eintopf), welcher uns sehr schwer im Magen lag.

04/12/2023: Fui para o Buffet Indonésio e gostei muito, mesmo que no começo achasse um pouco picante demais para mim. O espaço é acolhedor e os funcionários também. Foi bom ter um tipo de comida diferente. Obrigado pela iniciativa.
26/11/2023: Restaurante diretamente no camping. Pizzas caseiras como em um restaurante italiano. Pessoal muito simpático e atencioso.

10/10/2023: Repolho is just as much about the wine as it is the food. Not matter what your specific taste buds, they'll find a wine for you. So knowledgeable and friendly! The tapas menu has a good, authentic range. The cheeseboard was a particular stand out with a mix of cow, sheep and goats cheeses. The cheese was paired superbly with a delicious smooth red wine and followed up with the tastiest port I've ever had... the 10 year tawny Pacheca. The team here are great and are a big part of the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. If I could suggest anything, it would be to soften the lighting a touch but no deal breaker, the place is a great addition to Burgau.
