Senses Restaurant em Lagos

This is the first experience with an unknown menu, with either 6, 8, or 9 as a choice for dishes. We chose 8, threw caution to the wind, and began our dining experience. We opted out of the wine pairing to experience the chef's dishes directly without other flavors to add to our pale. Each plate was different from the next. The carrots prepared three ways were delicious. The variety of mushrooms in the next course is amazing. We continued to Sea Bass and finally arrived at the two dessert options, which were also delicious. The staff were professional and the pace of dining was not rushed. The prices were reasonable and we had a lovely evening.

Al estar hospedados en el propio hotel Cascade, mi mujer y yo decidimos cenar una noche en el Senses. Fue un acierto. De los tres menús que tienen nos decidimos por el más corto (aperitivos, cuatro platos, queso y postre, 75 €, bebidas aparte) al tratarse de una cena y para evitar que se prolongara demasiado. Todo estuvo impecable, el menú y el servicio, que fue amable y eficaz. Restaurante muy recomendable.
