We visited here on the recommendation of a "foodie", being vegetarian I checked the menu online and there was a significant amount of veggie options. When we arrived the menu in the restaurant was significantly smaller than online with limited veggie options (hence the dropped star). However, the food was lovely (pumpkin and courgette salad, pigs head croquettes, braised pork cheeks), service was good and price was very reasonable.

Mysig uteservering i en gränd. Fint och trevlig miljö även inne. Mycket god mat, traditionella rätter i tapas form. Rekommenderas varmt

18/09/2024: Un petit restaurant , simple mais qui m'a régalé. Le serveur que nous avons eu est très sympa et la cuisine très bonne et généreuse.J'ai découvert une soupe froide très rafraîchissante que j'ai adoré et que je vais essayer de refaire à la maison..
25/08/2024: Très bonne adresse avec plats locaux à l’écart de la foule. Nous avons pris les sardines grillées qui étaient excellentes. Dessert de l’Algarve (figue amande et caroube) : à tester car très bon. Service efficace et prix très corrects. Nous recommandons vivement

30/09/2024: Last here May 2019. Same as before, great food and service. Fantastic value. It's off the main tourist routes but still busy. I recommend getting here on 12.00 for lunch. Between a couple, four tapas, bowl of olives a glass of wine and a bottle of water was fine for lunch and was only 21.60 euros. We will be returning again.
18/08/2024: Abbiamo scelto per un veloce pranzo a faro questo piccolo ristorante sulla base delle recensioni di altri visitatori e non siamo rimasti delusi. La proprietaria una signora gentilissima che parla molto bene italiano ci ha fatto assaggiare tantissime tapas portoghesi tutte buonissime in particolare il tonno e lo sgombro con i peperoni erano eccezionali. Il rapporto qualità prezzo straordinario. Veramente consigliato
