Restaurante da Pousada D. Afonso II em Alcácer do Sal

31/10/2024: all in all, we were very happy there, nice and very friendly people from Brazil, good vibe, clean place, fast service, salad ok, nice nearly fresh pork cracklings, a divine Uruguayan Picanha (seldom I got this quality of meet in Montevideo!)... the choice of wine is quite modest, but even like that, we managed to find a bottle to our taste... the bitter drop came at the end in form of an additional charge € 2.50, because we didn't eat two main dishes... something which is common for example in Switzerland, but definitely not in rural Portugal, and especially not, as we were not stingy and ordered also other stuff besides this one dish. They should have a better eye for which kind of clients they apply such "rules" to... a bit unfortunate, we would have gone there more often in the future...
