Praia Grande Restaurante & Bar em Albufeira

25/10/2024: lovely restaurant on the corner on the strip, we ate outside as it was a lovely night, the staff very chatty and friendly, the food was good really enjoyed it. price was good too. one of the staff members hailed a taxi for us when we were ready to leave which was really nice of him :) thank you

20/10/2024: My twin brother and I were walking down Av.Sa.Carneiro ( The Strip ) when we decided to drop by Restaurante Tamariz,been here before on previous holidays to this sun drenched resort, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking restaurant housed in a beautiful and unique looking building, interior is chic,wonderful decor and furnishings, lots of seating options, its just a great restaurant to chill out in. We were here on a Friday morning, we were greeted and seated by a very pleasant member of the bar team, we order coffee's and for a meal omelettes each,coffee was served steaming hot and from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve in this busy and popular restaurant, whilst sipping our coffee's our omelettes arrived and what a treat, perfectly cooked, so tasty, just what we needed to kick start our day out of exploring around this wonderful resort. We really enjoyed our meals and coffee's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Restaurant Tamariz we had a great time. Restaurante Tamariz is easy to locate along Av.Sa Carniero, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants. Opening hours are; Monday to Wednesday,open from 10.45am Thursday, closed. Friday to Sunday, open from 10.45am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
