Pizzaria Alforno em Lagos

Wonderful friendly little restaurant. Andrea is extremely welcoming & service is great. Very tasty thin & crispy pizzas & you can mix & match your favourite toppings. Lovely pasta dishes especially the pasta bakes (lasagne etc). They even make hand cut chips rather than use frozen. Highly recommended to eat in our take away.

Dropped in for dinner on a Tuesday while on vacation. Nice comfortable casual place. Place was busy, got one of last the few tables. Service was very good. Pizza was better than average, but not the very best I have had (I eat a lot of pizzas). Still, I would go back without question. While we were there a lot of people come in for take out pick ups as well, but our order was done very quickly. There are older reviews that were very critical…I wonder if perhaps they changed hands.

Um restaurante familiar muito agradável a alguns quarteirões do portão da Porta da Piedade para o centro histórico. Pizza e massas são as especialidades. Comi espaguete com camarão com alho (11 camarões grandes) e minha esposa comeu espaguete à bolonhesa. Ambos foram porções generosas e muito bons. O único membro da equipe que conhecemos foi muito agradável, amigável, multilíngue e profissional. Existe um pátio exterior em frente a uma rua bastante movimentada. O estacionamento é limitado em frente ao restaurante, mas há amplo estacionamento nas proximidades. Nós vamos voltar. Na verdade, vamos comer pizza esta noite.
