Petiscaria - Casa de Pasto em Olhão

This little restaurant is our favourite in Olhao - tucked away in a quiet side street. The staff here are so gracious & professional. The food is outrageously good - we have eaten here each time we’ve been to Olhao & can’t believe how good the food is. It is very reasonably priced too & dishes that we haven’t seen elsewhere. Highly recommend it if you’re in Olhao - you will usually need to book - the tables are few & in big demand.

We tried this little restaurant for the first time this year and we were so pleasantly surprised we returned the next night too. The menu sounds simple and so we weren’t expecting much but each dish was fantastic quality and so well flavoured. The service was charming. Pigs cheeks, leeks with almonds, garlic prawns and the goats cheese and orange walnut salad were our favourites. Good value for money for the size of the dishes too (bigger than a normal tapas dish). Really recommend for foodies!
