Estive em outubro com meus filhos, mae e irmã. Atendimento desda recepção impecável. Quartos limpos, chás, sumos e água disponível no quarto linda a vista. Boa variedade no restaurante e comida com qualidade. Na minha opinião, as bebidas do bar deixam um pouco a desejar, não tem frutas, tudo muito artificial e os garçons parecem que não tinham muita experiência no preparo embora sejam educados e simpáticos. Kids club muito bom mas deixa a desejar um pouco o fato de ser na área extrema e como fomos em outubro, choveu um dia e ter que passar por fora com chuva não é agradável. No mais, nada a apontar. O que mais nos encantou foi que no que chegamos já logo nos colocaram a pulseira e guardamos as malas ensaiando o quarto não estava pronto e já podíamos usurfruir de tudo e no dia de ir embora, entregamos o quarto mas disseram que podíamos ficar nas instalações até o horário que tínhamos que sair para apanhar o autocarro e poderíamos usufruir de comida e bebida na mesma! E ainda arranjaram um quarto para tomarmos banho antes de sair (mediante disponibilidade), É uma experiência a repetir!

My bien hotel, pero en la fecha que fuimos poca animación

Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind ein Traum und neu renoviert. Leider ist der Rest des Hotels ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem schön. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, leider kann man das von den Toiletten in den öffentlichen Bereichen nicht behaupten. Dort müsste deutlich öfters sauber gemacht werden sowie Papier aufgefüllt werden. Das Essen ist im großen und ganzen gut, zu meckern findet man immer etwas. Vom Service bin ich ein wenig enttäuscht, man wird quasi nur bedient wenn man Alkohol haben möchte. Dafür ist der Abräumservice schneller als man gucken kann, manchmal auch zu schnell. Zum Meer braucht man lockere 5 Min., zurück Bergauf ein bisschen länger. Der Strand ist mega schön, Liegen (2 Stück) kosten für den halben Tag 15 € und den ganzen Tag 20 €. Einen großen Minuspunkt gibt es leider noch für die ganzen Möven am Pool, es geht einfach nicht dass das dort so toleriert wird. Wie man an Hand der Bilder sieht, es ist fast jede Liege voller Vogelshit, der Poolrand sowie das Haus am Pool auch. Im Pool selbst sind dann die Federn usw.. Da sollte wirklich eine Lösung her. Auch der Bodenbelag am Pool ist übersät mit kleinen Steinchen, vor allen für tobende Kinder wirklich gefährlich aber auch für die eigenen Füße ohne unschön und den Dreck im Pool. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir wieder kommen, denn an sich stimmt die Preisleistung.

Rooms are really nice and clean. Service is good, stuff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that didn't tick the box for me is a lack of variety of food, breakfast lunch and dinner, they always have pork. Coffee machine wasn't good enough and I didn't like the hot drinks. Overall its a good place but food was terrible.

Great location staff very friendly nearly all drinks branded or very drinkable. Bottled wine really nice and even had stout in bottle never had that before and I've been to a lot of all inclusive hotels. Would stay again

Surprised with the value for an all-inclusive (we just did 4 nights). Pros: Beach access via private path, outstanding beach views, caves, etc. The food was very good, and we really liked the small buffet layout (no big lines). The coffee machines were amazing and around every corner. Nice soccer and tennis field, mini golf. Beds were comfortable, and sofa bed for the kids was a quality mattress. The patio is very spacious with great views. Nice activities at the pool, they are very inclusive of the kids. Lots of loungers and shaded areas. Staff was very friendly and very active for service and cleaning the tables. Cons: Odd minor items, the soccer ball on loan was falling apart, seagulls hanging around the pool (with known results), entertainment was ok, elevator was very dusty and smudged all over the doors. Would return if in the area, with food, pool and beach we found it great value.
