Pedro Lemos Restaurante em Porto

Estivemos no Pedro Lemos em uma ocasião especial com um clube de vinhos internacional. Este é um restaurante Michelin*. Comida ótima, serviço excelente, sommeliers excelentes. O Pedro Lemos é um ótimo lugar para se estar no Porto. Cozinha muito criativa com comida portuguesa modernizada.

Agora entendemos por que os críticos disseram que só existe um Pedro Lemos. Nós realmente apreciamos seu clássico de sabor profundo e equilibrado, especialmente o foie gras de pato e o pombo, tão viciantes que você quer comer de novo e de novo e de novo...

Uma viagem. Não há outra forma de descrever a experiência de jantar no Pedro Lemos. O restaurante, com vista para a Foz do Douro, é muito mais que simples alimentação. É levar-nos numa viagem através de sabores, texturas e olfatos. Dos sabores tradicionais, como o rancho, ao requinte do Foie Gras que é a imagem de marca, sai se do restaurante com um sentimento de plenitude e completude.

O lugar é lindo, o restaurante é incrivelmente impressionante. Os garçons são muito simpáticos. Quanto ao menu degustação em si, já fomos a restaurantes de uma estrela que foram mais memoráveis. A comida era boa, mas esperávamos algo mais.

O menu degustação estava maravilhoso, sendo fã de restaurantes michelin, gosto de experimentar vários, o serviço também foi bom, mas tenho a apontar que o valor de degustação que me informaram não foi o que paguei, me acrescentaram outro valor no menu de degustação, não quis reclamar no momento porque ao chegar a casa confirmei mesmo os valores para ter a certeza se estava ou não enganada. Nesse sentido não achei bem. O menu indicava como 190€, quando tinha de ser 160€, e lógico que a parte tinha os valores do consumindo em bebidas..

Comer aqui foi o ponto alto da minha viagem. Os garçons Catarina e a equipe foram a cereja do bolo para uma experiência gastronômica incrivelmente memorável.

Congratulations Pedro lemos your restaurant is amazing and your food was fantastic. The interior design of your space and all your plating was beautiful. Loved experiencing your pre dinner lounge area with delicious snacks and cocktails. First class! Hope you all decide to go to this great restaurant! The food was amazing, the combination of flavours were surprising and enticing. The service could use more Michelin-level training. The snacks were beautifully presented until the server tipped it over when showing us the wine list - he proceeded to clean up but with no apologies which made us feel it was out fault as the table was tiny, and the bowl the snacks came in had a tiny foot - not great as accidents will and did happen. We ordered a bottle wine, but they thought we had wine pairing and started to serve until a colleague stopped him but without telling us, until he came back with the bottle of wine. When our server took our order, we had added an extra cheese plate, and he said he will check with us at dessert if we still want it. He did, and we said to cancel it - however, another server came and said it was already prepared - it's cheese, they could have cancel it, but we took it anyways. So, overall, the service needs to be improved for the level of restaurant that it is.
