Right on the beach behind the Holiday Inn (currently being refurbished) this is a good restaurant offering excellent seafood wine and service at reasonable prices. On our recent visit in September we had Octopus and a Sea Bass fillet. House white wine (blue top) is much better than you might expect and a bottle costs around the same price as a glass in a posh hotel! Total cost for two including drinks and tip Euro 95, very reasonable for the quality provided. Staff were friendly and helpful and they will take bookings in advance. Highly recommended, we will return

Wir sind wegen der schönen Lage in dieses Restaurant gelangt und wurden sehr positiv überrascht: äusserst freundliches Personal, wunderbares Essen und herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Alles hat bestens gepasst - wir empfehlen dieses Lokal sehr für ein gediegenes Abendessen.

21/07/2024: A comida é incrível e os alimentos são frescos. O staff é atencioso e o espaço é acolhedor e agradável. A qualidade-preço é boa, dada a quantidade e qualidade dos alimentos. Possuem ementas diversificadas e é possível ir ao restaurante apenas para comer as sobremesas ou entradas. A comida é incrível!

14/09/2024: As frequent visitors to Armacao de Pera, we always head for Jony's when we want a good meal. The staff are always welcoming and the food is extremely good value. On this occasion we had the prawn cocktail and the fish soup as starters and the mixed meat kebab (which is enormous) and the chicken in mushroom sauce. Everything was delicious and well-cooked. We were disappointed not to see Carlos the owner there, he is always great fun, so we are hoping all is well with him and his family. We will be going back later in the week as this was the best food and the best price with the best view and you can't ask for more.
25/06/2024: We have visited Jonnys so many times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be open as a restaurant at the moment. Left a message turned up but only a bar! Hope Jonny ok!
