"O Calhambeque" em Alcoutim

We stumbled across this place on the way back from the market and boy was the food good! My son had a plate of mixed pork which would probably have fed an entire family, and we had the sea bream and sea bass....wow...it was absolutely awesome! The food is cooked over charcoal, and while the menu may be limited, it is so tasty. The next time we went we had the most amazing sardines and small cuttlefish. You must try a glass of house white wine...I think it cost one euro! I think it is mainly for lunch, although we also had a drink there one evening and they were super friendly.
