Lavrador São Vicente em Guimarães

03/09/2024: If I could give it more stars I would. Our visit to the restaurant started with a story. I woman approached us and asked if we were lost and we asked for a place to eat traditional Portuguese food. She walked us about a half mile to this restaurant .Good thing she did because the entrance was through the parking garage. Upon entering the restaurant the owner Carlos greeted us and told us that no Tourists. We soon found out why. Carlo’s sons came by the table and told us no menu that Carlos would order for us. Seven courses and 4 deserts, after dinner drink and three bottles of wine later we were extremely pleased. We were treated like family. We met Carlos’s wife, his two sons, one son’s wife, daughter and son. Pictures were taken with the entire family. If you are in Guimaraes, this restaurant is a must. The food was amazing, nothing was sent back, plates were clean.

13/08/2024: Estábamos 5 comiendo, dos opinaban que un 2, uno que un 3 y dos que un 4, así que la puntuación es un 3. La comida no es ninguna maravilla, pero tampoco está mal. Nos han tenido media hora esperando para la comida, porque uno de los platos era un arroz y hasta que no estuviese no han sacado el resto y tampoco habían avisado que fuese a demorar tanto.
