We visited for coffee and cake. Coffee was very good, excellent selection of cakes and staff very pleasant and helpful. Would give it a 5 if English was spoken as my husband has a nut allergy, but this was solved when a staff member asked a customer whom she knew spoke English to help us. Good experience and well worth a visit. It also has the advantage of being situated opposite the monastery in Alcobaca which is a tourist attraction.
