Café Restaurante Três Arcos em Esposende

We had been looking for a small family run restaurant and this was just that. It was full of locals. The waitress was very busy and efficient, bustling about. She plonked all the couvert selection on the table. We gave her most of it back, just keeping the bread, butter and sardine paste. At the end we were disappointed to see the charge for couvert was €5.80! We adjusted the tip accordingly. The rest of our experience was faultless. We had garlic bread for starters which were lovely. We then shared a delicious seafood rice which was packed with prawns, mussels etc and only €24. We followed with chocolate mousse. The house wine was good at €13 per bottle. We would eat there again if we had had more time.
