Bragança Mar em Loulé

Excellent food and service as usual. We have been coming here for approx 12 years and service and food have never disappointed. Medallions of beef with prawns delicious, leg of lamb very tasty, lovely dessert from the trolley of temptation & very reasonably priced wine all followed by a little complimentary shot of house port. Will continue to be one of our favourites, thanks you Team Braganca Mar - enjoy your well deserved winter break.

Our food was average at best. I had the mushrooms to start (surely the smallest mushrooms known to man!). My Monkfish was overcooked, the prawns hard and the sauce congealed. My wife’s Salmon was swimming in butter (well it would have done had it still been alive), although she did say she enjoyed it. The service was just weird, the men were very friendly, sharing a laugh with us but the women just looked miserable and so bored!! On a positive, this was one of the cheapest meals we had on our holiday (which goes to show that you generally get what you pay for). Would I eat here again? No, sorry guys, I’d rather pay a little more to get a slightly larger portion of really well cooked food (oh and a smile from one of your waitresses wouldn’t go amiss either!)
